Robert makes a compelling case for the idea that none of us, regardless of our line of work, will be successful until we are successful at "selling" ourselves to people and engaging them in conversation. Although reading and using Robert's advice will undoubtedly be beneficial for individuals in the sales industry, this well-written book can be helpful to all of us.
